Cashing out
I recently moved up in stakes to 5-10 NLHE (the game is 500 max buy-in) and have been enjoying a fair amount of success (thanks in large part to the posts I have read at 2+2) and my question is how many big blinds should I aim to keep in my account so I know when I can start to take my profits and enjoy the extra cash without putting myself at too high of a risk of going bust? If it matters I only like to play one table at a time and I generally perfer short handed.

Re: Cashing out
My guess is that whatever we say it will be much higher than what you've got in your account.

Sponger - Thank you for a useful and constructive response that does absolutly nothing to answer my question. |

Re: Cashing out
Ok fine. Most people who ask this question are underbankrolled.
I agree with fsuplayer. 25 is nice, but 40 is better. So, Do you have $20,000 in your pokerroom account? |

Re: Cashing out
10k is plenty to ride out the swings. when it hits 15, pull out 5k. rinse, repeat.
