Default on turn : double non-nut flush draw and OE str8 draw

SB is a bit tighter than average for these tables sees 40-50% of flops.

MP1 is extremely weak. Seems to be a hold em player learning the Omaha ropes. Has been re-buying at $10 every trip around the blinds it seems. Over values over pairs and non-top two pair.

No reads on CO (never seen him before and this is only his second hand).

PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha High, $0.25 BB (8 handed) converter

UTG+1 ($31.90)
MP1 ($7.95)
MP2 ($33.10)
CO ($24.75)
Button ($97.45)
SB ($4.60)
BB ($26.90)
Hero ($16.10)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
Hero calls $0.25, UTG+1 calls $0.25, MP1 calls $0.25, MP2 calls $0.25, CO calls $0.25, 1 fold, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($1.75) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (7 players)
SB bets $1.7, BB folds, Hero calls $1.70, UTG+1 folds, MP1 calls $1.70, MP2 folds, CO calls $1.70.

Turn: ($8.55) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)

Hero ... does what?

max reraise
2 flush draws and open ended str8 draw in addition to broadway draw? You have massive potential here. Play it and play it hard.

You are a 47.5/52.5 dog if he has top set with none of your straight or flush cards. So you are either a coinflip, or way ahead if he is also drawing.

If more of your draws were to the nuts I'd want as many foes and as much money in as possible, so I'd call or min-raise. But with your non-nut flush draws I'd be satisfied with the pot as is, so I'd push to go solo against SB. If MP1/CO have made hands strong enough to come along or push back, that's great, but I want to ruin their drawing odds if they have bigger flush outs. CO is my only worry here: he may get odds to chase if MP1 calls, and his stack is the only one that makes the river difficult if the flush comes.

If anyone is curious how the hand played out, I did in fact raise all-in. MP1 called all-in, and CO folded. The river was a small diamond giving me 2nd nuts and a nice pot. SB had a set of 5s and MP1 had J8xx with three spades including the J). Neither hand had a diamond. I was in fact close to 50/50 against MP1 and 30/70 against them both.

I posted this because I was curious if my play was standard, reckless, or brilliant. Looks pretty standard I guess.

Am I way off in mucking this flop a lot of the time?

No. I was rather uneasy about calling this. I felt there were a lot of turn cards that could get me a huge draw.

Someday I should do a good analysis of this kind of hand because I'm sure that this si a major source of leakage for me, smooth calling because i have lots of moderate runner-runner possablities.

"I'll call and hopefully pick up a draw on the turn"

Bad thing is that I've said this to myself on too many occasions.
