I wonder if when I was haggling over the stupidity of not being able to change my address if the CS decided "I'll make sure he never plays here again" and typed that in knowing it makes it hard to get accounts reopened with that flag. They told me Friday they would call me today to straighten this out. They still have not.
"There is only one person in the company that can reopen an account when it is closed due to problem gambling." In other words "I have not been trained to click the box that reopens your account for you." Any other poker room would have fixed this is minutes, "We're sorry sir let me fix that for you right away" 5-6 days later Party has not shown they can even dial a phone or open an account. Pretty pathetic. I do not even want an apology, just for them to undue their error.
