Default Cheating and Poker

I don't think it is proper for cheating to ever be discussed in poker forums. It is bad for the game because it might discourage new players from ever playing. It would also ruin poker's reputation from the point of view of the public. Cheating should never be discussed. False accusations and rumors are the only consequences. It never happens, anyway.

If it should never be discussed, why are you bringing it up?
