Table was LP so I limped T9s.

I think the preflop limp is fine, but I would probably fold on the turn.

He's got odds to call the turn.

The river fold is good. The only hands he likely might have that you beat is AJ or AT. Since he raised the flop and he seems fairly passive, you can pretty much rule those out.

I dont mind your river fold I can't see what you are going to beat against this guy. The rest seems ok.
