Default Pick my weight

I'm almost 19 and for the past 6 months I've been lifting pretty regularly. I've been able to put on around 15 pounds of lean mass. I now weight 145 and am 5'8.

When I started lifting my goal was to get to 145, and now that I have done that I need to set a new goal. This is where you guys come in. I have heard that weight gain slows down considerably the longer you lift, so maybe another 15 pounds over the next 6 months is unrealistic. Anyway, the point of my post is, lifting one muscle group every day and taking all the necessary supplements (creatine, whey, casein) what do you guys think is a realistic goal for the next 6 months?

Thanks in advance

Beefy frat boy is the way to go. Watch lots of football and to lots of 12oz. curls. You'll get there in no time.

I'm talking about lean mass gained. So if 15 more pounds of muscle comes along with 15 lbs of fat, I'd surely do everything in my power to lose the excess.

You sound like you have the same build as me. I'm the same height and was the same weight starting. I don't think you'll have a problem putting on another 15 it's after that when it gets hard. I put on 30 pounds to get to 163 at 5' 9" in about 13 months which was in feb. My goal was to get to 175 by the end of this year, but I'm sitting between 168-170. So I think you'd be able to hit 160 in 6 months or close to it
