"cheat at online poker" sites

So I am poking around the net and I come across this "cheat at online poker" site. After a quick search I realize it has a number of cousins. This was in a different vein than the usual "make tons of money with winning strategies" type site, this one just openly offered what it called cheating strategies. Anyone have any idea what this is all about and if it is something to worry about? I didn't want to post any websites for obvious reasons, but a quick google search will show the type of site I am talking about.

I cannot for the life of me understand where these rhumours come from. In my sixteen years as an online professional, I have only come across one person who was actually banned for cheating. It turned out he was a master of mathematics. He figured out a way to count the cards. It was amazing to watch, and he took me for nearly $4000 before he got caught. A cautionary tale.

Nobody has really replied to the question. The site is http://www.cheat-at-poker.com/ It is $60 or $70 to get they info which I have not done. But what the question is has anyone paid for this and what is he saying he can do. On the web site it says you can see what the other persons cards are. I doubt it but aren't any of you profesional online player curious enough to pay the $70?
