Casino sponsored "poker teams"

Anyone know of any casinos that do this? I was asked if I was interested in being a member of a "poker team" that would represent a casino at some tournaments. Presumably we would get some cool gear and have buy-ins and travel paid for. Not sure how the financials would work, but I'm sure there'd be some juice flowing....

Curious if any of you have done anything like this.
