Poker stars micro games

I am currently (due to computer woes) PokerTracker-less so I don't have any data behind this, but I find 1/2 full rings to be populated largely by semi-loose passive players who can't be moved off a pot. It's making it tough to play some of those SSHE (QTo, QJo) hands. I find myself raising into AQ on the flop and then checking it through on the river.

The 1/2 6max has substantially more looseness, aggression and few people can get away from second best hands, so I've found that very profitable.

Anyone agree/disagree? How about stars 2/4 and up?
