I posted this on a thread that died, but is this guy the worst online player ever? He just blows thousands on weak hands. It's almost enough to make me want to sit down with him even though 100/200 limit is a bit pricey for me.

He did well in Aruba in September - 2nd place.

One funny story - I was in the hotel lobby getting a coffee and Layne was talking with Phil Hellmuth and another person I didn't recognize. Some guy comes up and asks if he can get a picture with Phil and he asks Layne to man the camera. The other guy with them could hardly stop from laughing out loud. I asked Layne if he wanted me to take the picture so he could get into it also, but he just laughed, figuring the guy probably wouldn't let him anyway. I imagine he will feel foolish when the final table airs (if he remembers Layne at all).

They all got quite a chuckle out of it after the guy left, and Layne was gettig some good ribbing from the other two. If I had my camera, I would have asked Phil to take a picture of me and Layne.

That is a very good story. If I was the other guy I wouldn't have been able to contain myself either.

Go read the story on John Juanda in the most recent Card Player, he talks about someone asking for his autograph with Hellmuth standing right there, said it was hilarious.

Back to the topic though, I totally agree with you.

I've watched Flack drop 40-50K in a day to Spirit Rock on UB in a matter of a couple of hours.

Makes ya wonder.
