What's up with this banner ad?

Since the project failed, I presume it's a mistake. When I click on it I get a URL not found error.

Thanks. I was confused because of the earlier effort by GrannyMae, et. al. (ISOP) and knew nothing about OSOP because I didn't visit the forum for a while.

If I had done a search first, I'd have had my answer.
