Default ($11) TT in SB w/ stack issues

Button was very loose and mildly passive. BB was decent.
With (only?) 12BB should I be pushing these?

Is there any situation where you might raise t250-t300 and push any flop? i.e. the button needs to be tighter, or looser; my stack size would need to be a little bigger, etc?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (5 handed) converter

Button (t4920)
Hero (t1275)
BB (t1425)
UTG (t2500)
MP (t3380)

Preflop: Hero is SB with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
