i have this problem a lot, with KK/QQ and such, if an Ace is on the board and someone bets, i almost always fold, or i check/fold if i play first. it's just because SO MANY people play ace-rag at these limits.

Just to add a bit of perspective, if I raise in with a middle pocket pair, and the flop contains an ace but no other overcards, I bet out automatically and take it down right there more often than not.

This hand sucks donkey balls.
