WTF? Eurobet wants me to round up my cashout request?

I just got the last 123.30 I will ever get from my rakeback provider. I'm a wee bit shocked it showed up. when I tried to cash out exactly 123.30 it said please round up. So I attempted to withdrawl 124.00...please round up. so I tried 123.00 and 120.00 and even 125.00 (not sure why) none worked. Can anyone tell me how to get my money?

Nevermind I'm dumb... if you just type

123 instead of 123.00 it works
