Default WS of Baseball vs. WS of Poker

Which would you rather watch LIVE:

A live broadcast of a MLB World Series game

OR

A LIVE World Series of Poker Final Table?

I realize this is a biased forum, but I would like to see more live final table broadcasts.

I would be surprised if you got less than %95 for live WSOP Final Table.

I don't watch poker, it's boring. The WSOP coverage isn't bad, because it's obviously cut to make it watchable.

Baseball is a *slow* sport, but not as slow as poker, I hate watching people play poker.

(Plus you know ESPN is goign to run the reruns 4 times a night for the next 4 months anyways)

Watching a 14-hour final table live would probably be boring as hell. That said, I hate baseball, so I would pick poker. But if the choices were the NBA finals, the Stanley Cup Finals, or the Super Bowl, the choice would be easy.

Cant we have both in this modern age?

Seriously tho, it would be great to see the whole final table without announcer bias (hindsight bias). Would get to see the tempo, who's bullying/turtling. Actually get a sense of the pace, with the ACTUAL hand # and ACTUAL blind amounts to provide just, you know, a LITTLE CONTEXT.

Maybe even have it commentated by BIG name hold'em pros. I think by now there's sufficient niche market interest to offer this up on PPV

I was still in Las Vegas when they had the final-table. All I had to do was catch a cab downtown to watch it if I wanted.
I didn't.

I went to part of the final-table of the PPM cruise (WPT event) last March. We stayed for maybe an hour and then left.
Was pretty boring.

Poker and it's not even close.

I'd rather be at work than watch baseball.

There's no way I could watch 12+ hours of unedited final table coverage in one sitting, so it's baseball by default.

How people can watch, follow and be interested in baseball just amazes me. I've tried watching it. My god is it booooooring! The pitch, ball. Let's wait 45 seconds until the next pitch, oh it's a ball. Next pitch a minute later, strike. OMG KILL ME NOW! ... but yes I would definetely like to watch a poker event from start to finish. I only saw 1 at that's the final table at the Wynn with DN and Ted Forrest etc because I don't get many other channels in Canada with poker, and it was very interesting. Poker by far!
