i have never played with you before tonight.

from what i've read, the regulars like to mix things up quite a bit (especially pf) at the 2+2 tables.

you were the one raising from EP with ATo.

hope you have a better day tomorrow,
bk

edit: you did not actually leave

Yeah, part of the fun of the game is mixing it up (raising UTG with 88 and such, limping with Aces), but part of the fun is also figuring out why you do what you do.

So, like I said, what are you hoping for me to be raising when I'm raising from EP?

Rob

any offsuit broadway, anything decent & suited such as KQ, KJ, QJ, JT all seem like (sort of) reasonable holdings for an EP raise on a 2+2 table where several hands have been folded around to the raiser.

i had not been playing much pf, and you must have noticed that. a 2+2'er may fold 88, 99 and many offsuit hands incorrectly later in the hand against a pf 3-bet here, just like i would have folded if you had pushed back on the flop.

don't worry, i'm sure you own me.

Yes good playing. I was up eariler on other table and should have called it quits. Quit tight 2+2 table played fishy loose table and made back all and then some in 3 hands.

It's hard playing against good players!
