Default early 20/40 hand A9s vs TAG

unfortunatly all I really had for information is as follows:

He was 18/11 after 100 hands, but those numbers are based on 6 handed games. His PFaggro was 2.3. This was my second orbit at the table, I have raised a few times, with a few legit hands and have shown down good cards mostly - not sure if he's really paying attention though. He has folded like a good boy each time i've raised.

I have A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3 off the gun - folds to me and I raise. TAG 3bets and it is heads up to a flop of
K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I check he bets I raise he calls and we see a turn K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
I bet and he calls after about a second or two.

The river comes a Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I sadly check he bets and I think as the counter times down and finally call.

Pro or Shmo?

edit: it seems pretty clear to me I only messed up 1 street but am interested in other opinions -
