Noob rakeback questions

I'm just wondering how you handle rakeback & weekly/monthly bonuses.

1) Do you whore whatever bonuses are profitable for you that month, then play the remainder of your time on your rakeback site(s)?

2) I'm assuming I should never again sign up for a site without checking about rakeback. True?

If it matters to the answers you'd give...
I've got about $1300 online across 4 sites and Neteller. I play mainly 1/2 6-max, and 2/4 full. So as you can tell, I'm just starting out.

1.) Yes, altho getting rakeback at a site that you plan to bonuswhore cant hurt you.
