Do you have any stats or reads? Would be very helpful for both of these.

I wouldn't usually fold the flop in hand 1, though I could be convinced if BB/UTG were passive enough. I think calling the 3 bets then raising a safe turn is likely your best play here. Too large of a chance that you are facing a mixture of draws and single pairs to fold.

Interesting turn decision in hand 2.. Raising is definitely good if BB is aggro or gets out of line due to your overlay. But if he's sane and/or passive then you should probably just call down after his turn lead. Most players need better than AQ to coldcap from the BB. Even if he could have AQs it means you are generally behind 9 combos (AA, QQ), ahead of only 4 (AQs, AsKs), and tied with 1 (KK).

No. Only been playing limit since yesterday.
