Have you experienced obnoxious replys to your posts?

There seems to be a herd mentality here if you do not have 100s of posts and have "built up the respect thing" then your opinion does not count. One or two obnoxious people try to hound you. Perhaps appealing to the moderator will get them banned?
Anyhow we all enjoy poker and have something to contribute. Critisism is fine but name calling and one liners that are not relevant ????
What are your thoughts? Should we get them banned?
