Ok, I consider myself between a 10-20% roi player, so i'll do both of the numbers.

$22 = 2.20 - 4.40 per tourney.
8 tabling = $17.60 - $35.20 per set, a set lasts 45-50 minutes, so approximately $20-$40 per hour.

My ROI has been ridiculous this month and I'm pushing closer to $60 per hour, but last month I had a downswing at the beginning of the month that didn't turn positive till the 15th. (25 buy in drop)

So, 16 tabling, that puts it at $40-$80 an hour, and then switch to the 30's and that puts you at $60-$120 an hour.

Ridiculous, if you can do it!

However, tilting, disconnections, and human error now greatly affect ROI. Imagine 16 tabling the $30's and having your service go out for 30 minutes?? Plus, what percentage of people can actually 12-16 table? I'm wondering if my limits will be reached at 12 tables.

Don't think you will make twice as much at the 33s. There seems to be a way better knowledge of the structure there and the stacks are too shallow to take much advantage of any superior poker ability you may have.

I couldn't put myself through that for such meager returns.

You can expect to see at least 2 or 3 donks per table at the $55s.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think we have a different definition of donk. I know there are 2 or 3 legitimately bad players at the 55s but the "donks" I am referring to are players that have almost no chance to make the money and are just spewing chips everywhere. I rarely see these types at the 55s. Play a few 22s or 11s and you will get the idea.

So is this the start of a new era?

[/ QUOTE ]

No.

[/ QUOTE ]

i agree. most people cant keep up with 12 tables, much less 20. too easy to miss things, get overwhelmed with all the choices, time out, get lost, and cost yerself a lot of ev. holla

[/ QUOTE ]

None of which, I assume, happens to you? yell loudly

[/ QUOTE ]

mm, not really. if i had a better computer i would play more tables, but the slowdown really sucks. im used to averaging 100 clicks per second from videogames, so its not too hard on me. just gotta keep a high level of attention going at all times and its cake. holla

[/ QUOTE ]

at how many tables does it start to slow down, my computers not that good but it handles 8 fine with winamp, firefox, sng tracker and other things running?

"a set lasts 45-50 minutes"

There's no way you can average that sort of time.

"So, 16 tabling, that puts it at $40-$80 an hour, and then switch to the 30's and that puts you at $60-$120 an hour. "

16 tabling won't see a 100% increase in profit from 8tabling. You also won't get a 50% gain jumping to the $33s.

Say your true EV is 15% at the 22s, I don't think you'll make more than $75 16 tabling the $33s. You could make as much 8tabling the $55s continuously at 10% ROI.
