Default Passive river donk 10/20

Villain is fairly loose passive, lots of cold calling and the sorts. Saw him c/r one turn with a big hand, so he's not bluffing too often from my limited experience.

Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed) converter

Haven't seen a donk bet from him yet. There enough value to raise here? Possible a K or lower 2 pair bets here (I don't think this player would c/r the turn with a low 2pair). If I raise, and he 3bets it's a pretty easy laydown for me. There's also probably no more than a 5% chance he'll fold to a raise after betting out.

RAAAAIIIISSSEEE? or call?

The only lower 2 pair on the turn is Q9. All others make a full house on the river.

Just call. Usually, Loose/Passive = Trip 7s.

K9 also makes a lower 2p, both possible candidates. Also, this type of villain will often play a K this way (maybe even AK) wanting to make sure a bet goes in on the river...kind of an instintive WA/WB line that is being misapplied.

I raise.

In the esteemed words of jason_t (and b_dids thereafter) (to paraphrase):

Honestly given your stipulations - easy fold to 3bet, he wont fold worse hands - this is a pretty easy raise IMO.

I missed the K9 somehow. Even so, we hear from a lower 2 pr earlier and usually a king as well. Don't you think a LPP would have donked the flop or the turn with either of those holdings? Not saying always, just playing devil's advocate.
