JJ against 3 bet and an overcard paired board

I cap preflop. Then I might call the flop and raise the turn. I think the vast majority of folks fold to the turn raise without a king. I think you even get a small number of people with pocket aces to fold. Alternatively, I think you should at least raise the flop. If the turn is 3 bet to me, I fold.
