The Infamous 11.5 Suited Chips

Ya, I want these beacuse they beat the plastic bicycles and I don't have home games very regularly.

Where is the cheapest place to find these? I looked on ebay and found a 500 chip set for $1.99. That seems way too low, is there something I'm missing?
