Default Average PTBB/100 for higher vs. lower stakes?

I understand that at the .25-.5 and .5-1 tables it's possible for a good player to make ~5 PTBB/100 hands, and a great player to make ~10 PTBB/100 or so.

Does this drop off at the higher limits?

Also, is there a significant jump in opponent skill from 2-4 to 3-6, and from 3-6 to 5-10? What can a good player expect to earn at 3-6 and 5-10?

Thanks for your help.

Marlow

I can't give specific numbers, but yes it does drop off.

I've heard differing opinions of the 3-6 games. Some say that it's basically the same as 2-4, and others say that it's a significant jump.

I'd like to get more opinions on this...
