I went with the Panasonic 50' LCD PT50LC14. I also looked closely at the Sony 50' LCD Wega KF50WE620, but all the additional input options on the panasonic and the price I got won me over.

I was looking at that Abe site the other day, and they do have fantastic prices. But what about a service plan? For something that expensive, is it a good investment to get one of the bestbuy warranties, or is the money saved by buying at abe's worth the risk?
