Default How should .25/.50 blind structure affect hands I play?

In this game, the Stars .25/.50, the small blind is 40%(2/5) the size of the big blind, and in other games the small blind is 50% of the big blind. Does this mean I should play less crappy suited hands in the small blind?

Also, a lot of these tables are hella tight. I can often win the pot with a bet on the flop. It's strange to me for this to happen at such a low limit.

Yes, generally you should tighten up from the SB in this case. But at this level I wouldn't worry about it too much, just play your same hands. But this is an important factor in bigger games. Also referring to higher stakes games, note that if the SB is only 40% of the BB, this means that there is less money in the pot to start with, so you should also tighten up with blind stealing.
