Of course I spit while peeing. They never see it coming. Just turn left at the urinal and let one fly into their forehead. It's hilarious.

No I don't, but if I had something I needed to spit out I suppose that is as good a time as any. It certainly isn't gross, and infact it's weird that your wife thinks it is.

I don't do it, but I see other guys doing it all the time. I don't really ever feel the need to spit.

I would say close to every time. And when i am drinking, i don't necessarily spit in the urinal everytime.
