Default new neteller account

Has anyone with an existing Neteller account been able to set-up a new account for their new Party account? I believe I read that some people did this, but also that others had problems.

If you did, what did you say to the Neteller people? Did you have a balance in your old account that they transferred to the new one?

Any input is greatly appreciated.

I did this about a month ago. Call Neteller, tell them you need to make a new account and close your old one, and the will help you with no questions asked. I think you will need a new email, so be sure to make it correspond with party.

I tried to call them and they said I didn't need one. They said they would call Party and straighten things out. 2 weeks later, nothing is straightened out. Imagine that when dealing with Party.

Yeah, I called them twice today. I told them the merchant wouldn't accept it and it sounded like they might change it, but then they checked and saw that I hadn't actually had a payment failed by the merchant yet.

They said they could contact Party on my behalf of some crap.

OK, what I did:
Make a new account without their help. Then call them and ask them to close your old one and transfer all the funds to your new one. Once you have gone through the trouble of making a new account the will definitely do that for you.
ALSO, a new account is not even necessary. Make a second Party account with the exact same info and they will email you asking you which account you would like to close. Both of these things I am sure of [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
