Im still unsure about, i think i messed up b4 on the flop, i wonder if i call the 3bet, does he still continue on the turn, and if he checks do i bet again trying to steal the pot from KK and QQ??

what do you put villain on

Either KK or QQ.

I don't feel good about capping the flop. What does he caps that he likes 3betting on the flop. Either 99-AA in which case you don't beat anything, either AK, AQ of [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Less likely since he cheked the turn. My line would be to call down after the flop 3bet and fold when the A hits.
