Playing 4+ Tables on Party?
I guess this requires 2 monitors and one computer? Any simple ways to do this with 2 laptops? Anyway to allow Party to let you open their software twice without it closing?

Re: Playing 4+ Tables on Party?
Well he wants to use 2 notebook monitors to put the tables on since 4 is all you can fit on 1. As far as I know, this isn't possible.

Re: Playing 4+ Tables on Party?
you can play 10 tables on party and don't need another laptop. why would you want to do it on 2 laptops (with 2 mice)??
you can just plug in a monitor to your laptop...click on the display settings to extend the image to the 2nd screen (right-click on screen, go to 'properties' go to 'display'). if you have a laptop that does at least 1600x1200 and an external monitor that does at least 1600x1200 then you can play 8 tables with zero overlap. i do this all the time (although I prefer 5-6 tables just to be able to follow more of the action) and if I can figure out how it's done then anyone can. |

Re: Playing 4+ Tables on Party?
I had a Dell 5150 and also plugged in my old CRT monitor and then after a few months my backlight went out. Is this due to the extra monitor or just because Dell is no good.

Re: Playing 4+ Tables on Party?
There is software out there, and/or some hardware dongle, that lets you use a second laptop as if it is an extension of the desktop on one. I can't remember its name but I have definitely seen it.
