General Question about MTT's

I'm a newbie when it comes to Multi Table Tournies and I was wondering how you guys play when the blinds start getting to around 100/200 and up? Do you start playing looser or still play the same tight aggressive? I seem to make it to the bubble every tournament and im always shortstacked when i get there. From then on i either get out without money or barely make money. Any suggestions?
