Default help,getting error on gaming club

I'm getting a http error401.1 unauthorized access. the only thing different is a new dell momitor. I can access other prima sites. Any ideas?

It can't be the monitor. It's probably a prima thing. Perhaps you're still logged onto one of their other sites?
