Default Tuscany Suites - Live vs. Online play

In Vegas 30-2 for a conference. Staying at Tuscany Suites. Fairly new small room with only 1 full 4-8 game going on Tuesday afternoon - evening. Table looked promising so I jumped in.

Room personnel are very friendly and helpful.

I sat down in the 6 seat and gazed at the competition.

#1 - Regular middle aged woman. Very nice and weak tight.
#2 - Grumpy old off duty dealer. Rock
#3 & #4 - 400 lb tourist taking both seats. Loose agressive and losing quickly.
#5 - Young guy, hooded sweatshirt over head and wearing sunglasses. Asks to see uncalled mucked hands about every 5th hand.
#7 - Happy hard to understand Asain lady. Plays any hand and loves to show me here cards. Won a bottle of Wine earlier.
#8 - Off suty dealer. Good younger player. At times tells the table what he has and then proves it at showdown. No one believes him.
#9 - Calling station tourist that is running over the table with suckouts.

Later #4 seat taken by a guy who shoots porn movies for web sites.

Later #7 seat taken over by a stringy Limousine driver. Garth's (from Wayne's World) twin. Buys in for minimum and then plays every hadn while complaining about getting beat. One time throws his hand and hits #1 seat in the face. States he needs to go to Bellagio because everyone sucks here. He states I must suck because I bought in for 25 BB. We get into a "spirited" exchange over his Card mucking skills and card boss finally tells him to leave.

After this another player sits down in #7 seat. He about 350 lbs and seems to be wearing ear muff style noise reducers (like shooters wear). They were not headphones. Strange. He busts out quickly.

My luck - even even up even down down down - time for bed

Got to love live play

Think I saw this post as a movie once.

Fellini.
Or Altman.

The last time I played there, I hit a high hand of the day (KKKK) for an extra $100. I had a good time and the beer was ice cold! Hope you knock 'em dead tonight.

Best Wishes

Howard

How was the suite on a 1-10 scale? How much did you pay?

Room would be a 7-8 - Huge room with kitchenette, Bed comfortable, couch, chair, desk, seperate shower and tub.

Do not get a room with window facing the main street. Terribly noisy.

Had 10000 ants trying to cart off my toothbrush the first morning but they have not returned for deodorant.

I paid $79 which was the conference rate and this was Tues-Thursday nights. I know they have a poker rate and will find out later.
