Re: still good?
I will never play at empire again without a 5 or 7x bonus, I play 1/2 6 max

Re: still good?
I couldn't bring myself to face the whole 1,000 raked hands so I threw in $70, thinking 700 was something I could endure. Surprisingly, I found a great table at 1/2 Short Limit. It was not bad and knocked off 200 hands in short order.

Re: still good?
I cleared 362 raked hands (1,323 total hands) at the beginner $5 and $10 NL tables last night. 4 tabling with usually one $10 table and 3 $5 tables running. So it should be a three day session for me to clear at those levels. Not bad, and the players at those stakes are some of the worst I have ever seen.
Of course this doesn't help anyone who has had an account with them for more than 45 days. I did notice that you can't open more than 4 tables at a time. The 10 table deal must be Party specific. Happy whoring! |

[ QUOTE ]
since the fencing off of pokerskins from party i have all but stopped doing these bonuses.... are they still an easy 10x or is it truly a garden of rocks? (levels i would be clearing at .50/1 and 1/2) [/ QUOTE ] I did not check those limits, but I can tell you how Thursday evening NL25 (full ring) tables looked. Sorting by average pot size and picking the 4 best tables, I observed these stats: Worst table: VPIP 14 PFR 6 (40% of hands count as raked) Best table: VPIP 26 PFR 4 (60% of hands count as raked) |

Re: still good?
Depends what you consider good. It took me almost exactly 2000 hands to get 1000 raked. I played a combination of 25nl and limit .5/1 6 max. I made $86 on top of $100 bonus. So it worked out to about 9 cents a hand or about $20/hr. If I look historically at $100 bonuses at party and skins: here is how much I have made outside of the bonus starting with the present and going backwards, all playing mostly 25nl:
86, 45, (15), 19, (26), 65, 31, 6, 1, (12), 50, 201, 64, 29, 79, 17, 98, 74, 28. No firm conclusions here, but for low risk, nitty bonus whoring, the payoffs haven't changed much over time for me in absolute terms, though they have worsened significantly in hourly rate. |

Re: still good?
I treat these X-skins bonus like Bet365, were table selection is very important. Pick a loose table and
when it rocks up move! Plus if you see a table with a high flop % and high VPIP. But with a lot of people on the waiting list forget about it. Those rocks in waiting will kill the table before you ever get on it. |

Re: still good?
I deposited yesterday and played 2 hours last night, 1 hour at lunch today and about 2 hours tonight to clear the bonus. This was 4-tabling at NL $50. I had about 70% of hands get raked.
Now back to Eurobet to finish last month's bonuses and then over to Multi for this months before they become Party. Dave |

I did, but it was a chore... Usually its a grind, this... was a CHORE [/ QUOTE ] Ugh. It's a chore all right. Occasional fairish tables and lots of worthless ones. But the bonus is clearing sorta okay. Just tough to make any money from play (had a couple bad beats). |
