CDC posted a hand very similar to this one a month or two ago I believe. Can anyone find it?

Also, I thought you quit the forum.

Wow nice play. You have a good chance of folding an Ace, 99/TT will want to fold, you induced a bluff from worse hands too.

Then again 99/TT would've probably raised since he doesn't like Hero having 6 outs.

I don't like it, if I'm villian I'm calling with any hand I'm value betting on the river, no way I give you credit for an 8 here, TAGs pull of way too much FPS HU to fold. I check and call or check and fold here.

[censored] i misread the board when I posted this, disregard this bull. I like it a lot now.

This looks great. So many players make the mistake of betting A high in situations like this, where they're never being called by a worse hand. Make him pay.

The fact that I can't think of many better hands villain could have here makes me want to do this. Villain seems as likely to have a now-counterfeited underpair as anything that beats you.

I guess I was on hiatus for a bit, but I never really quit. I recently just got back to playing limit after a long stretch of playing mainly sng's and mtt's.

But whatever, I'm back.

I like it a lot. I think that at worst, you are going to get called with an ace and chop the pot.

the worst case scenario is getting 3 bet by KQ or getting called by TT or something like that. However, I still like this play, because its a creative and convincing bluff that has a semi-minimal downside.
