[ QUOTE ]
No specific reads of players. Table seems stronger than normal for 3/6.

9-handed, I'm in the BB SB with AKo.

Folded to an MP who limps, folded around to me and I raise, BB three-bets, MP folds, I call. Heads up to the flop for 7 SB's.

Flop: 652 rainbow

I check, BB bets, I call.

Turn: 9 putting a two-flush on board

I check, BB bets, I call.

River: Offsuit Q

I check, BB bets, I fold.

Thoughts?

IMO you played this like a pansy. C/r the flop, lead the turn and reevaluate.

This aggression gets you nothing. A better hand never folds and a worse hand is drawing to 3 outs.

i usually do this, but i'm gonna check call check call more often.

in this hand though, i think i cap preflop. then lead the flop and it makes this hand much easier to play
