bet more on the turn, 150 or so, if you want to feel better about folding to a raise. even if the bet is only 50 more, it can change his bluffing % lower.

I don't know about that.....he is a total donk, but this is one of those WA/WB situations and being OOP I don't like this hand at all

yeah, having KK OOP and an A flopping and being against an aggro opponent sucks. it is a [censored] spot to be in

i was just saying if you are going to bet-fold. bet a bit more than 100.

to illustrate: if you bet 50 how likely is he to bluff you? now if you had bet 300 how likely is he to bluff you?

this correlation between your bet size and his bluffing frequency is not a linear relationship however. but i think the slope of this hypothetical graph is at its greatest between $100-200.

this is why i bet more than 100 if i am planning to fold to a raise.

Part of this is I'm just starting the 400, and not used to that much $ being on the table and this is actually my first hand in the MHNL forum, so maybe that's why I bet 100, still getting used to the bigger #'s

i don't like the flop bet, but i understand it
why did you bet the turn? there's no reason for him to not fear a reverse trap, so why not checkcall and evaluate?

because with him the bet is going to be about ~250 and probably a push on the river if I call, which doesn't leave me with any more info
