UK Betting software problem (different issue from one posted recently)

For the past two days, when I've tried to log into UK Betting poker, I get a message that there may be an internet connection problem and to try again when I've established a connection. I had no problem with my connection, and in fact, I was able to log into TotalBet (their sister site) with no trouble. Finally I decided the program might be corrupted, so I removed it and tried to download a fresh copy. Unfortunately, the download is not working. The "Setup Wizard" comes up (after I've checked the agreement to their terms and clicked Install), but the Setup Wizard window just sits there, with no progress bar or % installed showing up (not even a zero). Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas how to get it to install?
