Default Absolute vs. Pokerroom

I usually hit Absolute up in between Party and Stars reloads but am considering Pokerroom. Is Pokerroom better than Absolute? I prefer to play 1/2 LHE, but often play NLHE, OmahaH/L (limit), 7Stud, or 7Stud H/L if available. Thanks. -MrG

I definately like the PokerRoom over Absolute. I also play the 1/2 Limit on PokerRoom and feel like the players are worse. Plus there seems to be more tables to choose from and the software is better. Just seems like Absolute is a rock garden if you ever make it through the waiting list.

pokerroom has more game selection and looser players. however, the bonus + rakeback on Absolute is a mathematically better deal in the long run if you play $1/2 limits.

I like pokerroom, but only play there with a bonus running. of course, I almost NEVER play Absolute despite that they have bonuses all the time. what I mean is, I have enough reloads and monthlies going around as it is that I don't really play much of either site. kind of like a kc royals vs. devil rays argument.

My main site is Absolute, and I mainly play 1/2. I just deposited on PR yesterday, and it is much fishier than Absolute. The bonus structure isn't as good, but I'm having fun with the faster software, and worse opponents.

You are lucky to have anything more than 1 table of .50/1 or 1/2 Omaha Hi-Lo going, never Stud 8 tables going. NL tables are far tougher than Party from what I've seen.
