A cigar smoker at Caesar\'s IN.
Cigars smoking is not allowed in the poker room at Caesar's IN. I am playing 4-8 at a smoking table and a guy lights up a small cigar, not something that could be confused with a cigarette but not a large cigar.
Some of you may recall, I went to war with Caesar's In a while back because the floor and a security guard didn't like my unlit cigar. I think I controlled my NITISH tendecies quite well, He was on his third cigar, maybe three hours in the session before a dealer noticed He was smoking a cigar. The dealer was going to make him stop and I said, "Hell that's his third one, There's no point in making him stop now!" The dealer let him continue. The floor and security never said a word and I didn't do anything but I won't lie, it pissed me off. I might be a NIT. |

Re: A cigar smoker at Caesar\'s IN.
So the rule is that you are allowed to smoke cigarettes and no cigars????? Where's the logic? Are cigars more harmfull then cigarettes?
Whoever came up with that rule is a nit. And since they do not stick to the cigar rule: start smoking cigars. Whenever they say anything about it, just give them a token and ask for a new ashtray. PS You are not a nit. You just want to be treated equally. |

[/ QUOTE ] you've never been to a restaurant that allows smoking cigarettes and not cigars. has nothing to do w/ the health of the person, but the comfort of others and condition of the room. cigar smoke lingers and is a more pungent odor, one that a lot of cigarette smokers even don't like. i could care less either way, but this is a rule at many public establishments. |

Haha...cigars are nice to obtain a spot at a full crap table as well...usually takes only 2-3 minutes.

To ignore the difference between cigarette and cigar smoke is to be an idiot.

Poker without cigars is like sex with a condom. Still good but...
