Default How do you play this KK on the flop/turn?

I'm UTG+1, just sat down 1 hand ago so no reads. I have K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], raise 3x BB. Button and Big Blind call.

Flop: 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

BB checks, I bet the pot, button folds, BB reraises 2x my raise. I call. Maybe a re-raise was in order here, but sometimes I go by feel, especially with no reads. So I called based on a bad gut feeling.

Turn: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

BB goes all-in, which is over the size of the pot. He has me covered, so that'd put me all-in. We're close in chip stacks, so I'm not getting any sort of good pot odds.

Two questions;

- Would you have re-raised the flop?
- How would you play the turn?
