Likewise. You are against no other low draws and the bring-in is random. You can force some of the high-hands out or scoop the antes/bring-in immediately.

Definitely complete on third. You should win the antes enough to make it worthwhile. You could set yourself up win the pot later. Or you could maybe make a hand.

While it's possible that the other guy has chosen to bet into you with two smaller pair, I find it unlikely. Anything else he's betting is either a bluff or a hand which you don't scoop, in which case your raise can only lose money. On balance, I think it's a bad raise.
