The M and Q ratio
Im reading about the m and q ratio and i dont understand why your not in good shape if your m is low but your q is very high .... is it possible for the cheap leader in a tournament and to be in a desperate posistion ... id like some help please

The blinds are so high compared to your stack that your "lead" is an illusion. You can go from leader to midstack just by being pushed off your blinds a few times, in contrast to having a high M AND Q where single orbits need not have a signifigant impact on your stack.

not only is it possible, but online it is common for the chip leader to be in a relatively weak position in terms of M. if you can only survive 10-12 orbits you still have to be aggressive and play some hands.
