Default Q about datamining?

I know a lot of ppl said they thought party was freakin out about datamining but what if you didnt log in. I know you can only open one table at a time but if you did this on all the skins you could mine 6 tables almost 24/7 indetected right? Or is that not how it works and they can still tell its you from your IP or something? THx

I don't think you know how observed data-mining works. You're thinking about the .txt hand-histories that show your hole-cards. Datamining is usually gathering the OBSERVED .hhf files, which are kept in the "/Party" folder, not the "/Party/Histories" folder.

This idea of not-logging-in works just fine. I'm pretty sure you'll be safe. My question is, do you have to be? I've heard that you can't play on Party and PokerNow at the same time (confirmation?), but is there any problem with data-mining 1Pokernow, 4Party, 4Empire, 4Multi, 4Inter, and 4Euro?

Is Empire.exe on the list of Party "illegal apps"? If I'm clearly datamining, are they gonna ban me?
