Default Where are the Empire tables?

I logged into Empire for the first time in a while and there are hardly any tables running at all. I checked Party and they still have tons. Did something happen to cause this?

That blows. I switched all my money to Empire to get the rakeback. Is Party Poker still considered the best even without rakeback, or is there a better site?
