Not many hands on SB, but he is LAGy. MP3 is TAG.

it's a big pot, I say give it a raise. if MP3 calls obviously we are packing it up.

If I cap the flop, do you think I can confidently fold the turn? When SB leads out, I internally want to be done with the hand, so raising tastes bad. Obviously I can't call, so I'm basically just looking for a way to get away from it.

The only hand that TAG could have that you can beat is AK, unless his capping requirements are much looser than the normal TAG. Also, some tight players will fold ak in the face of a raise and reraise. I would probably plug my nose and call the raise on the flop, because the pot is pretty big, but I'm done one the turn.
