Default Puerto Rico Casinos?

Since my life sucks so bad and I have to go to PR on business for two weeks, does anyone know where they play holdem there? I'm not interested in carnival games like 3 card, carribbean stud or let it ride.

Has anyonr been there, done that?

I went about 4 years ago and stayed at the Wyndham. That's the only place I played, and they didn't have anything other than the pit games. Automatic shufflers for blackjack, too, I hate those things.

Do a search for "Puerto Rico" (with the quotation marks). I wrote a short review of the Intercontinental Hotel and of the Condado Plaza about 2 months ago.

Good luck!

Thanks, tortman, that was a very good review. I guess I'd better be tolerant about yanqui table etiquette.

Search for a thread I started about 6 months ago. Key points:
- The rake is huge, borderline unbeatable even with terrible tourist opponents. Of course, it didn't help that my 2nd nut hands ran into the nuts 3X.
- Escalara means straight.
