Pick your preference
Option 1: 24 hours where you have a full body sun burn, have your arms and legs tied up, eyes and mouth covered with tape, and really shitty 80's music playing in the background.
Option 2: 1 year on a desert island with a wicked hot chick, but you only have cockroaches and water to eat It's #2 for me and not close
