yeah, fold preflop. Flop I fold too. (I would call/raise a half pot bet).

I think you need to raise the flop. Flat callers are not winning poker players. You are about even $ with TPGK here and you have the nut flush draw. Raise this guy about 300 more to continue. If he flat calls then shove on the turn because he will reraise on the flop if he flopped the flush and you will get it all in there.
